The text will emphasise the basic concepts and principles of human immunology. Experimental material will be minimised. The "Big" Abbas is a comprehensive textbook of Immunology for medical students and graduate programs in human immunology. In response to some evidence that even medical students are finding this book a little more than they need, we decided to prepare a shorter book. The "Baby" Abbas is NOT a condensed or abridged version of the big book, but a whole new book written from the ground up. It is more basic in coverage and has a more didactic approach, leading the reader through an understanding of the basic principles of immunology.
